Interactive Chain-punching

1. So you've been sitting in front of your computer for how long?
2. Lean back in your chair and prepare for some chain punches! (please read the disclaimer)
3. Press start at the 'Chain-punch Stopwatch' and chain-punch until the 'Stop message' pops up.
4. At the 'On-line Calorie Counter' input your weight (american lbs.), then i.e. 1 for having done chain-punches for 1 minute.
5. Now press 'Click here' to see how many calories you have burned. Compare to 'sitting still', meaning 'sitting on the computer' :-)
