1.  Start with a block of private lessons - two for the price of one.
You can choose from one-one-one instruction or semi-private, sharing the lesson with a friend.

- Join our group classes.
- Continue taking private lessons.
- Arrange for your personal training plan including group classes and private lessons.

1.  Talk to us about organizing a Introductory Seminar for your company, organization, fitness centre or even martial arts school.

What are the costs you can expect?

Group Classes

One time enrollment fee is only CAN$60.
Monthly payments between CAN$75 and CAN$90 depending on form of contract* chosen.
*Monthly or advance payment for 3, 6 or even 12 months to save money.

Private Lessons
